Description

This modern home offers beautiful views of the water from almost every room of the house. Located just minutes away from Coopers beach, along with the shops and restaurants in Southampton, this home is in the middle of it all. The home is also close to world-class golf with the Shinnecock Hills Golf Club just down the road along with two public courses. At home, guests will enjoy a newly renovated kitchen complete with a new Viking fridge and Asko dishwasher.

The living room features 17-foot ceilings along with a fireplace. There is room for a large number of friends or family with five bedrooms and three baths. During the warmer months, guests will also have use of a kayak, beach chairs, and a beach cart.
