Mirage Cove vacation home radiates a comfortable feel with clean lines and walls of glass that is filled with light that creates an inviting atmosphere. Located in Magnesia falls Cove near The River, Rancho Mirage's downtown core filled with restaurants, Theater and shops.
The open concept living room is dramatic, with high ceilings and plenty of windows for natural light and outstanding pool views to the north. A 48 inch Smart HDTV and comfortable furnishings finish the space.
The Porcelain tile and carpet flooring flows throughout the living spaces. A sliding glass door opens to the outside pool deck surrounding the sparkling swimming pool. The front covered patio facing south has beautiful mountain views on a quite street. A great place for morning coffee or relaxing afternoon reading.
As you enter Mirage Cove you are greeted by a welcoming foyer. Bedrooms to the right and the living room, kitchen and dining to the left. The house flows seamlessly as you are introduced to the custom kitchen with adjoining dining area with direct access to the front patio.
The well equipped kitchen features all the amenities you would expect at home. The pool deck feature outdoor dining for four as well as gas fired BBQ to prepare your summertime favorites year round.
The master bedroom features a King bed, pool views and 36 inch HDTV. The second bedroom a comfortable Full bed, also with with direct access to the pool deck. Onsite in the home are full sized washer and dryer for your convenience.
This vacation home also features a den with 42 inch TV and a queen sofa sleeper adding additional space to relax as well as added flexibility for guest during your stay in the desert.
From the pool area the mountain views are highlighted from the far side of the patio. out front enjoy a covered area that provides some relief from the sun that shines here more than 335 days a year. Chaise lounges are available for lazy afternoons poolside. Views to the west are backdropped by the Rancho Mirage mountains rising over 10,000 feet in the western skies.
The outdoor space is very private and is fully enclosed by thick hedges. Outdoor dining, gas BBQ, chaise lounges all make it the perfect space to rest and relax on your next Rancho Mirage vacation.
