Located in Rancho Mirage, this spacious four bedroom home is located behind the gates of a beautiful private gated community and is now available as a private vacation rental.
This well furnished vacation home is perfect for both entertaining and relaxation. As you walk in to the foyer, it opens to a spacious open floor plan with lots of room for separation and relaxation, that includes; a family room, second living area, kitchen with small dining area, gracious formal dining area and more.
In the great room, you will find high ceilings, a fireplace, comfortable seating, large sliding doors and windows that promote the indoor/outdoor lifestyle the California desert is famous for. There is an additional family room also with large sliding glass doors leading outside, that is perfect for watching TV, playing board games, or just relaxing with friends or family.
The spacious gourmet kitchen is well appointed with stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops and is well equipped with all the tableware, dishes, cookware you'll need to prepare your favorite meals with friends and family. Dine in either the cozy dining room for 4, or in the larger dining area that seats 8.
The large luxurious master suite is furnished with a king size bed complete with luxurious bedding and a 42"" HDTV. The master suite also has direct access to the outdoor pool area and a huge en-suite bathroom that is equipped with a jacuzzi tub, double sinks and a wonderful glass enclosed shower area.
Three more bedrooms are located just down the hall from the master suite. The first bedroom is stylishly decorated with a queen bed, 32"" TV, and access to the hall bath.
Further down the hall are two additional bedrooms, well appointed each with a queen bed and 32""TV. One of these
bedrooms, the queen bed can also convert in to 2 single beds if needed.
Complimentary wireless Internet access is available throughout the vacation home. You will also find a well equipped laundry room whether its for those golf shirts after a long day on the course or to wash the suntan lotion out of those pool towels.
