The outdoors is an absolute delight to the senses. The mountains are everywhere you look no matter where you choose to lounge. A peaceful waterfall originates at the second level spa and flows down into the pool. The custom pool has in-pool seating. Stroll up the stairs to the upper level to enjoy the ultra private spa - it has 360 degree views of the mountains and beyond. The gas firepit is built into the rocks and also has built in seating. An outdoor shower for rinsing off post swim. Outdoor kitchen with gas grill sink and prep area as well as a dining table for 4. Everything you could want on vacation!

As soon as you enter the home youll see the mountains - there are windows and french doors throughout to let in the million dollar view. The great room has comfortable seating, flatscreen TV, gas fireplace and gorgeous views. It opens up to the chefs kitchen with high-end Viking appliances, gas range, large center island and two sinks - plus all the small appliances and cooking utensils needed to make the chef in the family feel right at home. Seating for 4 in the kitchen. The formal dining room has the feel of a Tuscan wine cellar and seating for 7, a balcony and wet bar with storage, glassware and wine fridge. The additional sitting room has a river rock gas fireplace.

Each of the bedrooms is a private suite and has a hotel quality mattress, en suite bathroom, flatscreen TV, ample closet space, mountain views and private access to the outdoors. The Master Suite has a King bed - the en suite bathroom has a large shower with dual shower heads, dual sinks. The deep tub has inspiring views to contemplate while you soak. Suite 2 has a Queen bed and en suite bath with a tub/shower combo. Suite 3 has a Queen bed and en suite bath with a walk-in shower.
