Description
This magnificent "Old Las Palmas" Estate Home in Palm Springs was formerly owned by Daryl F. Zanuck (founder of 20th Century Fox Studios) and was visited frequently by illustrious guests and Hollywood celebrities such as Elvis Presley. The Palm Springs Estate boasts one third acre of lush sub-tropical gardens and is privately walled and gated. The outdoor areas include a large pool, a huge in-ground spa with waterfall feature, built-in BBQ, several seating and dining areas as well as spectacular mountain views and citrus trees (make fresh squeezed juice!).
The Estate is decorated in a `Hollywood Contemporary` style with large, comfortable living and dining areas, a large fully equipped designer kitchen, 3 en suite bedrooms with private patios and a 4th bedroom/ media room with 2 full sized euro-sofa beds.
