- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Description
This vacation home was built by the famed Alexander Construction Company and sits on a quiet street in one of the first Palm Springs mid-century modern neighborhoods, known as the Racquet Club Estates. This historic neighborhood was once the playground for the infamous Rat Pack and Hollywood celebrities.
Recently remodeled in 2015, this mid-century modern Alexander home features, post and beam architecture, rock fireplace, new carpet, new furnishings and colorful fun decor throughout. This vacation rental is a great example of the wonderful indoor-outdoor living that makes Palm Springs such a popular year-round resort and vacation destination.
Walk in to the vintage style living room where you'll find fabulous new furnishings with walls of glass looking outside to the pool area. With an open floor plan it's easy to enjoy dining and entertaining with friends and family. The kitchen is supplied with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. Just steps away the colorful dining area sits 8 more for plenty of room for everyone. Enjoy the colorful and fun decor.
Off the dining room is another living area, colorfully decorated with a comfortable sleeper sofa, fireplace and a marvelous sitting area that looks out to the pool and amazing mountain views.
The master bedroom features a king bed with comfortable bedding. The sliding glass door offers direct access to the backyard pool area. It also includes a modern ensuite bathroom with custom sink and walk in shower. The two guest bedrooms each feature queen size pillow-top beds and are stylishly appointed and comfortable. These 2 guest bedrooms share a hall bath with walk in shower.
Step outside to the patio, and sit under the misters while enjoying a cocktail with friends, or float in the saltwater pool enjoying the surrounding mountain views. The 8' deep pool has 2 in pool seats in the deep end and shallow seating the full width of the pool. In the evening gather around the firepit and enjoy time with your guests or unwind and stargaze in the above ground spa. This fully fenced in yard offers 2 lush green lawn areas and is completely contained for even the smallest of dogs.
For added convenience there is an interior laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
