Master 1 features a Queen bed 46" TV, and Blue Ray/DVD player. The ensuite bath with private entrance to the pool, contains a large bathtub and separate shower and has a tranquil garden and sitting area located on the southeast corner of the home. This room can be used as part of a double master suite or as a completely separate master. If used as a completely separate master, entry is from the pool deck. Note: There is a game port in this room if it's being used as a double master suite, enabling children to play in their own room but still be nearby their parents.

Master 2 located adjacent to master 1 on the south side of the home and separated by a hall to add privacy. Featuring a Cal King bed and a 42" LED TV with Blu Ray/DVD Player. Master 3 located in private wing on the northwest side of the main home. Featuring two Queen Beds 55" LED TV with Blu Ray/DVD Player. This bedroom is uniquely situated with views to the mountains to the west and the Blue Palm, garden and pool to the east. It also has its own separate seating area for privacy and relaxation. The spacious en suite bath features a large shower, double sinks and views to the mountains.

Bedroom 1 is a smaller, comfortable layout. Located on the southwest corner of main house. It would be perfect for families traveling with a nanny, teens or anyone wanting privacy. Complete with a double bed, 32" TV and a en suite bath.

Blue Palm Guest House - Master 4 is located in the southwest corner of the Guest house. Featuring a Cal King Bed with 60" LED TV with Blu Ray/DVD Player. This is a grand guest room with a fireplace and views to the Blue Palm, poolside gardens and the mountains. There is a large private sitting area to enjoy as well. This luxurious guest suite has a spacious en suite luxury bath with walk in shower, separate bath (soaking tub) double sinks, walk-in closet and gorgeous mountain and garden views.

Bedroom 2 - The Guest house is modern, spacious, private and built with spacious comfort in mind. This middle bedroom features a queen bed, Jack and Jill ensuite bath that is shared with the bedroom next door. It has direct access to the large yard and pool deck through the oversized sliding glass doors.

Bedroom 3 located on the northwest corner of the Guest house. It features a King ben (Can be split into two Twin beds) with 32" TV. The Jack and Jill ensuite bath is shared by the bedroom next door and has a bright and colorful walk in shower.
