- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Description
Designed by Donald Wexler, Twin Springs is a 40-unit gated community in a quiet and private setting in South Palm Springs.
This upper unit has a private entry. A large balcony runs the length of the unit and connects with both bedrooms and the living room where you can step outside from several sets of sliders and enjoy beautiful views of the mountains, windmills and downtown PS.
Master suite features a King size bed, 55" smart television, and an ensuite bathroom highlighting a sunken tub and separate walk-in shower.
Your guest will appreciate their accommodations as well as this bedroom also features a comfortable large King size bed.
The kitchen features a breakfast bar that's open to dining room. You'll find everything is very well stocked in the kitchen to prepare quick snacks to entertaining friends for dinner. The oversize living room looks out upon the beauty that defines Palm Springs.
This magnificent condo has been furnished to exemplify the Mid Century Palm Springs look. The owners put thought and care into hand selecting each piece of furniture and artwork throughout the condo to ensure a wonderful guest stay.
There's an assigned carport parking and plenty of guests parking throughout the complex. You'll love the community amenities that include 2 pools and spas, large clubhouse with full kitchen, fireplace. The community during the winter months rotate which of the two pools they heat, but you're able to enjoy either of the two spas year-round. The clubhouse also features locker rooms with saunas, showers and bathrooms.
Outside in the marvelous sunshine you can enjoy a game of shuffleboard or a round or two on one of the 2 tennis courts.
Close to Indian Canyons, hiking trails and downtown Palm Springs.
