This home features a full-size Tiki bar See the photo This isn’t just any home tiki bar The bar and adjoining living room open to the back patio and pool area, making it a fabulous entertaining space Live the Palm Springs lifestyle Not as formal as the Cocktail Parlor living room, this space is comfy for entertaining or catching a game on the large TV. There is a cabinet full of games, puzzles, and books for your enjoyment.

For important celebrations of family and friends, golf retreats, festival weekends, reunions, or corporate events, this vacation home's formal dining room (featuring one of two fireplaces in the home) is another great feature. The dining room opens on to a terrace area alongside the pool for outdoor dining and entertaining. The homes excellently appointed kitchen is nestled to one side. Our old style Palm Springs kitchen is appointed with a Viking oven and high end KitchenAid appliances. Our kitchen is also fully loaded with anything needed for cooking, baking, and grilling, including poolside cups and plates for outside entertaining The kitchen houses a regular coffee maker, as well as a Keurig coffee maker for your brewing choice There is also a pass-through window to the outside dining area. A Weber BBQ can be found on the outside patio.

For your outside fun enjoyment…a Jacuzzi brand hot tub and a Sport Court for tennis/pickleball/badminton, and total privacy One of the many outstanding features of this Palm Springs Vacation rental is the spectacular 80 ft long swimming pool, complete with fountain and perfect for lounging or lap swimming. This home's pool is one of the very largest residential pools in Palm Springs. At the west end of the huge swimming pool is a shallow wading area or “tanning shelf” - perfect for sunning or supervised children While there is a pool heat charge, should you choose to have it heated in the cooler months, please know this is to help offset the cost of heating this massive pool.

The home's seven bedrooms are nicely separated providing privacy for each guest. There are seven bathrooms as well, six are ensuite. Each bedroom features a nicely appointed “theme” for you and your guests to choose from

Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a king bed and is themed the Legacy Room. Here, we have gathered photos, books, and memorabilia about Christina Onassis, previous owner of the home, and the Onassis family – including her father Aristotle Onassis, one of the world’s richest men and husband to Jackie Kennedy Onassis. This room also features some of the original antiques to the home. There is a twin day bed off of this room if you are traveling with a small child who needs to be close by you. This room also features the homes Viking sauna Fantastic for an in-home spa day or relaxation This room opens to a small courtyard with outdoor shower

Bedroom #2: The Bahama room, king bed. Surround yourself with gorgeous palm tree prints, while you sink into the grand, luxurious chair for an afternoon of reading or napping The attached bathroom has a Mexican flair and mirrors everywhere This room opens to the backyard and pool area.

Bedroom #3: The Vegas Room, queen bed. Hello Gorgeous greets you on a pillow as you enter Appointed with fun reminders of a Vegas vacation This is the only bedroom without an ensuite bathroom, but it is very close by.

Bedroom #4: The Library, queen bed. Traditional and slightly whimsical, this stately room features books on the Kennedy and Onassis families, preserving some of the original history of the home.

Bedroom #5: The Palm Springs Room, king bed. All things Palm Springs Colorful, modern, and with style That’s how it’s done in Palm Springs

Bedroom #6: The Beach Room, queen bed. A relaxing sanctuary, with a beachy feel. Get lost in dreams of blue water and sandy beaches…This room opens to the sport court.

Bedroom #7: The Surf Room, queen bed. This room features an old and well-loved Electric Duck surfboard, shaped by Mike Richardson. This board was shaped the same year the Villa Grand was built This room also opens to the sport court.

For your privacy and enjoyment, this Palm Springs home is completely walled and gated with beautiful lush green lawns, soaring palm trees and a fruit-producing citrus grove for guests to enjoy fresh fruit in season. In season, there are tangerines, grapefruit, and lemons for your enjoyment Morning juice or afternoon cocktails – fresh juice is best
