The owner has thoughtfully transformed the home into a contemporary marvel with a harmonious blend of architectural finishes, welcoming decor, and appropriate desert landscaping that feels extremely lush.
You're sure to experience your first of many ""wow moments"" when you open that front door and your eyes are drawn beyond the patio French doors toward the sparkling salt water swimming pool and spa, fabulous fountain, and fire pit with seating.

Look before you at the ample and well appointed Gathering Room with it's plush L-shaped sectional for watching the 60"" smart TV with BluRay/DVD, stacked stone gas fireplace, the sleek glass dining table that seats eight, and the chef's kitchen just beyond.
The fully equipped chef's kitchen features Caesarstone counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a gas range, ice maker, and all of the utensils you'll need to prepare delicious meals for friends and family.
Located just off the kitchen and living area you'll find an office alcove with desk and high-speed connections where you can research Palm Springs attractions, where to make dinner reservations or catch up on email.
Throughout the entire Gathering Room there are 20"" tile floors, recessed lights, SolarTube skylights, and ceiling fans which allow you keep it bright and cool in an eco-sensitive way.
Separated by the central Gathering Room, this four bedroom, four bath all-ensuite plush vacation retreat maximizes privacy having two bedroom suites on opposing sides of the home. Two Queen Bedroom Suites are on the west side, and the Master King Suite and Twin Suite are on the east side of the home.
You'll appreciate that every bed is a luxury pillow top mattress. Every bedroom features a 42"" smart TV or larger. they also offer custom closets and full length wardrobe mirrors, and every bedroom features an ensuite bath with plush linens and walk-in frameless glass showers.

The Master bedroom offers some additional amenities as a master suite should, such as a 55"" smart TV, walk-in closet, California King bed, reading nook, and large ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower.

Stepping through the French doors, you'll appreciate the ample shade cast over the logia that spans the entire length of the home. Here you'll enjoy your al-fresco living room with settee, two arm chairs, coffee table and area rug and additional seating in the lounging area. There's even ceiling fans outdoors to help circulate the dry desert air.
Beyond the covered logia you'll find the lush desert-scape plantings and boulders with outstanding mountain views surrounding the salt water pool and spa area of this Movie Colony vacation home. Little swimmers and sun-worshippers will appreciate the tanning shelf (shallow wading area) with integrated umbrella stand.
The cement decking area is expansive and the oval shaped PebbleTec pool is flanked by several custom entertaining features. To the east you'll find the built-in BBQ grill which is surrounded by a huge slab of granite that's perfect for buffet-style entertaining.
Adjacent to the grill is a custom made tiled dining table that seats eight with umbrella and while you eat you can enjoy the incredible mountain views.
As we walk to the west side of the pool, there are eight high-end lounge chairs, two more shade umbrellas, and cocktail tables between for your drinks.
A custom gas firepit with built-in seating area beckons you to enjoy evenings and watch the sun slowly dip behind the gorgeous mountain backdrop.
