The two guest rooms share a bath and each has a king bed that can be converted to twin beds upon request - making this vacation home a great option for singles, a few couples, families, golf outings, multi-generational groups, and extended weekends for old friends. LOCATION This property is centrally located in the quiet residential Sunrise Park neighborhood just minutes from the Uptown Design District, Downtown, and the South Palm Springs Business District. Restaurants, night spots, burger joints, sandwich shops, and grocery stores are just a short drive away. Ruth Hardy Park, The Palm Springs Dog Park, two multiplex movie theaters, the casino, and the convention center are all close by. The vibe of this home is very California… very Palm Springs. The owners have created a comfortable, relaxing getaway space that honors the mid-century pedigree of the home but meets the needs of how we live today.
