Enjoy and relax in these beautiful Palm Springs modern vacation homes which were both recently renovated with family vacations in mind. You will love the open feel this home provides while still offering fantastic privacy.
Inside this Palm Springs retreat, you will find it ideally suited for entertaining. The big house features 2 living areas, one with a gas fireplace and great conversation area and the other with leather sofas and a large 65"" TV. This house also features a den with bar, pub table and wine fridge. Gather with family for board games or play some darts with friends. Also, you will find a queen sleeper sofa and 50"" TV.
The Big House offers 5 stylish and well appointed bedrooms that are separate and spacious, Smart HDTV's, and the luxurious comfort of Stearns and Foster mattresses with the exception of the twin trundle bed. 3 modern upgraded bathrooms.
The Guest House features a fabulous large kitchen area with dining seats 8 and an area that opens up in to the living area. The living area is beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and a 50"" TV. Each bedroom is separate and spacious. The Guest House features 3 modern furnished with Smart HDTV's and luxurious Stearns and Foster mattresses. The Guest House also features 2 modern upgraded bathrooms
Both homes each feature their own beautifully appointed kitchen with quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Each seats 8 people for dining and comes complete with pots and pans, bake ware, utensils, and dishes and glasses for indoors and out.
Walk outside and be surrounded by breathtaking views of the San Jacinto Mountains. Enjoy an abundance of outdoor space with numerous sets of outdoor tables & chairs for dining, sunning and conversation. The private backyard oasis is perfect for laying out in the Palm Springs sunshine, floating in the large, sparkling pool or sitting around the gas fire pit with cocktails, catching up with friends.
