Fabulous and private resort-style yard with pool, spa, outdoor bar and fire pit lounge. You'll find Alfresco dining and a gas BBQ. The indoor spaces are completely updated for the way we live today yet honor the home's iconic architecture - preserving its clean lines, open concept floor plan and walls of glass that blur the lines between indoor-outdoor living. The result is a fabulous vacation paradise where it's all about easy living in the sunshine.

THE INTERIOR LIVING SPACES
This classic midcentury home has the hip Palm Springs vibe of yesteryear while feeling very next century at the same time. Gorgeous in its simplicity, you'll find clean lines, an open concept floor plan and spectacular walls of glass that let the light pour in and reveal the fabulous sun-drenched pool yard. The living room, dining area and kitchen are all open to each other - providing enough space for your entire group to gather, relax and enjoy. Everything has been reimagined for the way we live today with high speed internet, 4 flatscreen TVs, a gas fireplace, and upgraded heating and cooling systems. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

THE OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
While the inside of this luxury vacation home is gorgeous, the crowning glory is the sun-drenched, private pool yard with towering palm trees and fabulous mountain views. The in-ground pool and spa are surrounded by comfortable chaise lounges - providing that resort-style experience. There's also a fire pit lounge area, an outdoor bar, alfresco dining, and a BBQ grill - everything has been carefully space-planned for entertaining.

Pool Heating is included in the rental cost, for bookings that are less than 29 nights, from October 15th through April 30th. From May 1st through October 14th, pool heating can be purchased for an additional $50/day.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
All of the bedrooms feature comfortable hotel-quality mattresses, ample storage, and a flat screen TV. The master bedroom offers a King bed, an en suite bath, and direct access to the pool yard. The two guest rooms have Queen beds and share easy access to the bathroom in the hallway.

ABOUT THE LOCATION
Sunrise Park is centrally located in the City of Palm Springs. It's close to the airport (but not in the flight pattern) and less than a mile and a half from bustling Downtown. Restaurants, night spots, burger joints, sandwich shops, and grocery stores are all just a short drive away. Ruth Hardy Park, The Palm Springs Dog Park, two multiplex movie theaters, the casino, and the convention center are all also close by.

OPTIONAL CONCIERGE SERVICES
