Sunny Palms at Warm Sands is the perfect choice for those who want to be close to everything while still being able to enjoy the peace and quiet of a walled and gated property.

Pool Heating is included in the rental cost, for bookings that are less than 29 nights, from October 15th through April 30th. From May 1st through October 14th, pool heating can be purchased for an additional $50/day.

THE INTERIOR LIVING SPACES
You’ll know you’ve made the right choice once you step inside this very livable designer home. The emphasis here is on care-free and easy living in a very comfortable space. Sunny Palms at Warm Sands is the type of place you can put your feet up and relax. The entire vibe is very laid back yet stylish and on trend. Fresh and current art and furnishings, vaulted ceilings. The great room has a large sectional sofa, additional seating and a flat screen television that is perfect for streaming your favorite programs.

The large and open dining room / kitchen is perfect for both team and individual meal prep. Plenty of space for your entire group. There is a large peninsula island with seating so you can keep the cooks company. And there is an oversized round dining table than can accommodate up to 8 guests. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless GE appliances including a gas stove, side by side refrigerator and a wine fridge.

THE SLEEPING QUARTERS
All of the bedrooms offer king beds, hospitality-quality mattresses, ceiling fans, ample storage and a flat screen television. The Master bedroom features an en suite bath with steam shower. The two guest rooms share easy access to the hall bath.

THE LOCATION
Tucked away onto a corner lot in the quiet residential neighborhood known as Warm Sands. You’ll be surrounded by retro-chic art galleries and vintage furniture shops. Less than a half mile from your doorstep is the historic Palm Canyon Drive with restaurants, shops, grocery stores, museums, nightclubs and fabulous people watching!

OPTIONAL CONCIERGE SERVICES
