Welcome to Sundance Private Villa This home is a large 1880 square foot 3 bedroom 2 bath private villa, located in the gated Palm Springs community of Sundance. Boasting private streets, wide open green spaces/parks, clubhouse, and night lit tennis courts.
Take full advantage of the Palm Springs year round sunshine in this light and bright vacation rental with a large private walled front and rear courtyards complete with a pebbletec private saline pool and spa and an outdoor gas fire-pit.
This Palm Springs rental villa shares just one common wall so it has the feel of a private home. Walls of glass glide open in the all the rooms facing the pool to take full advantage of the indoor/outdoor living that Palm Springs is famous for.
This Palm Springs vacation home is nicely appointed with modern furnishings and decor. The light neutral walls and high ceilings are accented with bright and colorful touches throughout.
The living room has vaulted ceilings and overlooks the pool deck. Enjoy a large comfortable couch and chairs with additional seating for entertaining. A 40"" TV, fireplace and wet bar finish off this welcoming space.
The main living area of this 3 bedroom vacation villa is open to the kitchen and dining room. The upgraded kitchen, with granite counters, is fully equipped with a gas range, numerous small appliances, utensils, and service ware.
You can enjoy meals inside with dining for up to 10, or dine alfresco on the front outdoor patio with seating for 4 or the pool deck with seating for 6. In addition there is a less formal club chair and table set complete with ottomans and seating for 4 on the rear yard/pool deck.
The bedrooms of this Palm Springs vacation home are spacious, clean and comfortable. All bedrooms are equipped with satellite television. The master has a queen bed, a travertine tile en-suite bath and direct access to the private rear courtyard/pool deck. Enjoy a walk in shower, large bathtub, and double vanities all overlooking the rear yard and pool deck.
The second bedroom features a queen bed, glass slider to the enclosed central courtyard with a relaxing fountain. A hall bath with tub/shower combination is just adjacent to the bedroom.
The third bedroom is across the hall and features two twin beds and also overlooks the private central courtyard via glass sliders.
The private enclosed south facing rear yard of this Palm Springs vacation rental villa has beautiful mountain views for you and your guests to enjoy. Three chaise lounge chairs can be used to soak in the sun or relax in the shade of the covered patios. The private saline pool and spa this makes for the perfect getaway.
Enjoy early morning or evening walks in one of the two lovely and well maintained greenbelt/park areas just outside the rear courtyard gate. There are fruit trees throughout both park areas for your enjoyment. The community is pet-friendly and has ample space and pathways for exercising your dog. Leashes are optional inside the green belt/park areas
This Palm Springs vacation villa offers the convenience of private laundry facilities located in the garage. Garage parking for one car, and towels & linens are provided. The community is located a short drive/bicycle ride from downtown Palm Springs with great restaurants, shops, and entertainment.
