The main living area of this 2 bedroom vacation villa is open to the kitchen and dining room. The spacious kitchen, with tile counters, is fully equipped with a gas range, numerous small appliances, utensils, and service ware.
You can enjoy meals inside with dining for up to 6, or dine alfresco on the front outdoor patio with seating for 4 or the pool deck with seating for 4.
The bedrooms of this Palm Springs vacation condo are spacious, clean and comfortable. Both bedrooms are equipped with cable television and Wifi. The master has a King bed, a porcelain tile en suite bath and direct access to the private rear courtyard/pool deck. Enjoy a walk in shower, large bathtub, double vanities all overlooking the rear yard and pool deck.
The second bedroom features a queen bed, glass slider to the enclosed central courtyard. A hall bath with tub/shower combination is just adjacent to the bedroom.
The den is across the hall and features a sofa sleeper for added flexibility and also overlooks the private central courtyard via glass sliders.
The private enclosed east facing rear yard of this Palm Springs vacation rental villa has beautiful mountain views for you and your guests to enjoy. Four chaise lounge chairs can be used to soak in the sun or relax in the shade of the covered patios. With private pool and spa this makes for the perfect getaway.
Enjoy early morning or evening walks in one of the two lovely and well maintained greenbelt/park areas just outside the rear courtyard gate. There are fruit trees throughout both park areas for your enjoyment.
