This sprawling single family home has a large living room that is open to the dining room - perfect for spending time with your entire group. The fully-stocked chef’s kitchen has gleaming Viking appliances including a six-burner gas range, and an oversized side by side refrigerator. You’ll find plenty of cabinets, a breakfast bar, and a television. There is also a separate den that is perfect for binge watching your favorite TV shows or streaming whatever programming is trending for you.

The interiors of this home have been space planned to blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living in true Palm Springs style. Almost every room features french doors that open up to the gardens, pool area or verandah. At Serendipity Palm Springs - the focus is on easy, care-free living in the sunshine.

ABOUT THE SLEEPING QUARTERS
There are two King masters - each with a private bath. Both bedroom suites have the look and feel of an upscale boutique hotel - featuring hospitality-quality mattresses, smart televisions and ample storage.

THE OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
While the inside of this luxury vacation home is absolutely gorgeous, it is the very private pool yard, the lush gardens and the magnificent mountain views that are the crowning glory. This property is beautifully landscaped and carefully space planned for spending time with your group. There are also more intimate outdoor spaces designed for some alone time to curl up with a good book or take a restorative nap.

Pool Heating is included in the rental cost, for bookings that are less than 29 nights, from October 15th through April 30th. From May 1st through October 14th, pool heating can be purchased for an additional $50/day.

A PART OF PALM SPRINGS HISTORY
This private home was custom built in 1957 when weekend and seasonal getaways were all the rage for the celebrities and millionaires who flocked to the Deepwell Neighborhood to relax under the radar. Carmen Miranda, Jack Webb, Eva Gabor, William Holden, Loretta Young and Julie London all had estates here. Even hot dog king Oscar Meyer owned a place in Deepwell. Today, Deepwell remains one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Palm Springs - known for its impressive estate-like properties that feature tall privacy hedges, glamorous swimming pools and iconic architecture.

ABOUT THE LOCATION
Deepwell Estates is located in walking distance to South Palm Springs' hottest night spots like The Purple Room, Mr. Lyon's, The Saguaro and The Ace Hotel. Some of the City’s best restaurants including SOPA, Europa, and Pho 533 are right down the block. Art galleries, grocers, sandwich shops, burger joints and other neighborhood conveniences are just a stone's throw away.
