Welcome to Palm Springs This amazing vacation home features incredible mountain views from both the front and back yard. Situated in the well desired area of Tahquitz Creek, this home sits next to the Tahquitz Creek Channel with no houses across the street. Quiet with expansive view and little traffic.
Walking in to this fabulously styled modern home, you will be pleasantly pleased with cushy couches, a new 60"" TV with Apple TV, DVD and surround sound. Beautiful french doors open to the pool and backyard making it a perfect place to entertain. Watch a movie or play games while listening to music via Bluetooth from your phone.
As you step in to the kitchen area, there is a comfy seating area right in the kitchen. People always gather there for morning coffee or the perfect place to enjoy appetizers and cocktails while hanging out with the cooks in the group.
The master suite is located on it's own side of the home. The bedroom is stylishly appointed with king size bed and 50""TV with Apple TV. Also with en-suite bath with shower and tub and private access to the backyard.
The second guest bedroom is also comfortable and well appointed featuring 2 queen sized beds and 50"" TV and Apple TV.
The third bedroom has lots of sleeping room Well appointed with 2, yest 2 queen sized bunk beds with 50""TV with Apple TV and next to a hall bathroom with a show and tub.
Walk outside to a backyard oasis. Be surrounded by breathtaking views of the San Jacinto Mountains. Enjoy an abundance of outdoor space for sunning and conversation. The private backyard is perfect for laying out in the Palm Springs sunshine, floating in the large, sparkling pool or sitting around the gas fire pit with cocktails, catching up with friends.
While this amazing Palm Springs vacation home is private and quiet and offers a secluded feel, it is also located conveniently to nearby Palm Springs area attractions, restaurants, dining plus world-class golf courses, casinos, swimming, hiking, botanical gardens, and desert landscape parks, Palm Springs Aerial Tram, tennis, gyms, museums, horseback riding and more.
