This sprawling vacation home has been perfectly space planned for comfort & relaxing in the sunshine!

THE OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
This property captures the magic of Southern California style. The backyard itself is spacious & well-planned - w/ lots of different gathering places. The heated inground pool w/ integrated waterfall spa is surrounded by chaise lounges & occasional seating for catching rays - & the entire pool area is completely walled & gated for privacy. The yard features 2 outdoor dining spaces, gas BBQ cooking station, fire feature, shuffle board - even a putting green! Stunning mountain views add to the magic of this special property.

Pool Heating is included in the rental cost, for bookings that are less than 29 nights, from October 15th through April 30th. From May 1st through October 14th, pool heating can be purchased for an additional $50/day.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
All four of the deluxe bedrooms have been beautifully styled like an exclusive boutique hotel & feature a hotel-quality mattress, flatscreen TV & ample storage. The 2 Master Suites feature King beds, ensuite baths & direct outdoor access. There is also a King Guest Room (that can be converted to 2 twin beds upon request) & Queen Guest Room that share easy access to the Jack n Jill bathroom.

A PART OF PALM SPRINGS HISTORY
Originally built in the 1960s, Indian Canyons is a coveted neighborhood w/ deep midcentury roots & distinctive architecture. Well known architects like Palmer & Krisel & Donald Wexler built homes here in the shadows of the San Jacinto mountains. The Canyon Country Club, now known as the Indian Canyons North Course, was the first 18-hole golf course in Palm Springs. Frank Sinatra bought his first desert home here in 1947 & the neighborhood has been the desert getaway for many celebrities including Walt Disney, Chuck Conners (“The Rifleman”), Don Adams (“Get Smart”) & Jerome Factor (Max Factor Cosmetics). Indian Canyons remains one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Palm Springs - known for its estate-like properties & iconic architecture.
