Designed in 1959 by famed Southern California architect William Krisel and built by the Alexander Construction Company.

The third bedroom features a twin sized daybed along with a twin sized air mattress making this room perfect for the kids. The two guest bedrooms share a hall bath that features a shower/tub combo.
