The resort-style yard is walled and gated for privacy and has a sparkling saltwater pool, an integrated waterfall spa, lounge chairs, occasional seating, a fire pit lounge, a covered outdoor living pavilion, and a BBQ. Breathtaking mountain views. Walking distance to the Chabad and less than a mile from the world famous Palm Canyon Drive where you'll find stops for The Buzz - the free trolley service that takes you through all the business districts Thursday to Sunday.

THE INTERIOR LIVING SPACES
This spacious mid-mod vacation home has been perfectly space-planned for comfort and relaxing in the sunshine. Clean lines and walls of glass blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living. It’s been completely remodeled yet still honors the home’s classic midcentury architecture. Everything has been updated for the way we live today - including a new kitchen, spa-like bathrooms, upgraded heating and cooling systems, high-speed internet, 4 flatscreen TVs, and a gas fireplace.

THE OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
This property captures the fun and nostalgia of Palm Springs living. Walled and gated for privacy, the yard features a stunning front-loaded pool with an integrated waterfall spa. There’s also a fire pit lounge, a covered outdoor living pavilion, a BBQ, Ping Pong and cornhole. The backyard is spacious and well-planned - with lots of different gathering places. Mature landscaping and sweeping mountain views all add to the magic of this very special property.

Pool Heating is included in the rental cost, for bookings that are less than 29 nights, from October 15th through April 30th. From May 1st through October 14th, pool heating can be purchased for an additional $50/day.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each of the three bedrooms features a hotel-quality mattress, a flatscreen TV, and ample storage. The master suite has a King bed and views of the mountains and pool yard. The ensuite bathroom has dual sinks and a large shower with a rainfall showerhead. The second and third guest rooms have King beds and share easy access to the full bathroom in the hall.

THE LOCATION
Driving is completely optional while staying at this property - conveniently located in the popular Tahquitz River Estates neighborhood. You'll be less than a mile from the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive, close to both the South Palm Springs Business District and the bustling Downtown area. Grocery stores, fine dining, casual restaurants, nighttime entertainment, and some great coffee shops are all just a 15-30 minute walk or an easy Uber ride away. This really is the ideal location for those who want to be close to everything - but removed from the hustle and bustle of Downtown.

OPTIONAL LUXURY SERVICES
Concierge services including daily and mid-stay maid service, private chef, pre-arrival grocery stocking and poolside massage can be arranged. Three-week prior notice requested. Advanced booking strongly advised.
