The outdoor landscape lighting and outdoor living area allow you to enjoy a spectacular evening ambiance in this relaxing backyard retreat. There are an two addition bedrooms in the main house. One features a queen size bed, while the third bedroom has two twin size beds, making it the perfect room for kids - or for those not looking to share a bed. Both of these bedrooms have clerestory windows, ceiling fans, 40"" Smart HDTVs and glass sliders that lead to an outdoor private turfed patio. These rooms share the hallway bathroom.
The fourth bedroom is a gorgeous private suite with its own bathroom. This Casita is really a second master bedroom with additional privacy offered by being situated in its own wing of the house. This room highlights a king size bed, 43" Smart TV, ceiling fan, clerestory windows with incredible views to the mountains and the pool.
