- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Description
Recently remodeled in 2018, this modern home features, all new appliances, new wood tone tile floors, new furnishings and colorful fun decor throughout. Walk in to the living room where you'll find fabulous new furnishings with French glass doors that look outside to the pool area. With an open floor plan it's easy to enjoy dining and entertaining with friends and family. The kitchen is supplied with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. Just steps away the elegant dining area sits 6, while the kitchen island offers sitting for an additional 3
Off the dining table you’ll discover the living area. This space is colorfully decorated with a comfortable sectional sofa, a marvelous 50” HDTV, and provides an excellent view of the outside pool including some amazing mountain views.
The master bedroom features a queen bed with comfortable bedding. The French glass doors offer direct access to the backyard pool area. It also includes a modern en-suite bathroom that features a floating dual vanity sink and a walk in shower. The two guest bedrooms each feature full size bed and are stylishly appointed and comfortable. These 2 guest bedrooms share a hall bath that showcases a shower/tub combo.
Step outside to the patio, and bask under the bright warm sun while enjoying a cocktail with friends, or float in the sparkling clear pool while appreciating the surrounding mountain views. In the evening gather around with your family and friends and enjoy time with unwinding as you stargaze from the in ground spa.
For added convenience there is an interior laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
