This 1,782 sq. ft. modern mid-century inspired Palm Springs home is a perfect vacation getaway destination and has amazing views of the nearby San Jacinto Mountains. You are only minutes away from Downtown Palm Springs and all the popular tourist destinations.
Palm Springs is all about Sunshine and outdoor activities. Whether entering through the open floor plan of the living room, from the Master Suite or the Recreation room, you are sure to fall in love with the backyard of this home featuring some great views of the San Jacinto Mountains. The oversize saline swimming pool and above ground spa will be the perfect setting to bask in the great sunshine. Enjoy a glass of wine in the spa and take in the amazing views and star covered nights. There is also a sliding glass door that leads to the gorgeous backyard.

This open style chef kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy and prepare your vacation meals. Blender, toaster, pots and pans, cutlery and cooking utensils. There are dishes, cups, bowls, glasses and flatware settings for 8+ with stainless steel appliances. Or skip the kitchen and fire up the natural gas BBQ while the sun sets over the mountains.
The dining table offers seating for 8 and 2 bar-stools in the center kitchen island make it perfect for your friends to enjoy a glass of wine while you prepare your perfect meal.
There are Four bedrooms, Master Bedroom with a King size bed, closet and a sliding glass door that opens out to the oversize backyard. Private attached bath with shower and sink. The rest of the 3 guest bedrooms are spacious and furnished with Queen Size bed. All share a bathroom just down the hallway.

Pool/spa heat is added upon request at an additional charge.
