The breakfast dining area seats 6 at the table with 4 chairs at the kitchen bar, a formal dining room with stunning cove ceilings and custom upholstered walls that seat 8. Out back on the loggia, there is another table that seats 4 for “al fresco” or “wet bathing suit” dining!The kitchen is made for preparing and sharing sumptuous meals together. With all granite surfaces and backsplash, a 6-burner commercial cook top, 2 convection ovens, a convection microwave, and a 2 door 48” refrigerator with ice maker in the door; the options will be endless. Be assured, there is enough cookware, dishes, drink ware, and flatware for 22 seated (including bar). It is everything!There are two other guest bedroom suites in the main house, both with King-sized beds. It works out perfectly when everyone gets their own bathroom. They also have their own TV’s with full movie channels- one is a 40-inch and the other is a 45-inch. All rooms throughout the house have custom window coverings, blackout draperies, bamboo shades and ceiling fans. Most bedrooms have mountain views. All bathrooms have custom made wallpapers which add to the warmth of the space.The structure is all on one level, the guest house has a separate entrance, attached to the main house however, but not accessible from inside the main house. The guest house has a Queen-sized bed, a 40” TV with all the movie channels, a mini fridge, a microwave, a breakfast nook, and a full bath with shower/tub combo. The large back yard is very private with high hedges. There is a large custom built “L” shaped pool that is 8 feet deep with a waterfall and a built-in Jacuzzi that both overflow into the pool. The loggia has the outdoor seating for 4, an additional love seat and 4 club chairs with granite side tables. The pool patio has 4 chaise lounges, and all outdoor hard surfaces are made of stamped concrete in a rock pattern. There are amazing mountain views from all backyard areas and plenty of grass, to enjoy family together time. All completely walled and gated.For your grilling needs, there is a propane gas, bar-b-que grill on the patio and a propane gas, outdoor heater for those cooler evenings. This property is nestled near the south end mountain ranges. The large driveway has space for 3 oversized vehicles. The maximum number of cars allowed at this property at any time is 4. Entry and exit can be done through the garage, however there are personal vehicles parked inside.
