The large living room and kitchen are open concept to encourage enjoyment with friends and family. There is a 65" HDTV and a custom stone wall featuring gas fireplace and walnut niche.
Off the kitchen is a spacious dining room with seating for 8. Just behind this dining area is a private den great for watching your favorite TV show, movie or a quite area for reading with great views out into the private front courtyard.
This executive home also has a three-car garage (two open spaces) and the Historic Tennis Club location is walking distance to downtown Palm Springs. Palm Springs North Lykken hiking trail head just 4 blocks from the home.
