This Two bedroom townhouse style Vacation Villa features two tennis courts and a resort style swimming pool and spa inside a Low density and beautifully landscaped private community. This unique villa also features THREE patios. One on the lower level where you can just walk toward the swimming pool and the tennis courts, and both suites upstairs have its own private patio as well. All of these patios have the view of the beautiful San Jacinto Mountains.

The living room features a large flat screen TV and a Blu-Ray DVD player for all your television and movie watching desires. The large living room is also a great place to relax and enjoy a quiet evening.
The gallery style chef kitchen is right across from the living room. Stainless Steel appliances and the kitchen are fully equipped and very functional. A dining room is right beside the kitchen where you can quickly enjoy your delicious meals.
The upper floor consists of 2 suites. The master suite has plenty of room to spread out with a King size bed, super large walk-in closet, and comfortable bedding for a great night sleep after a day of play in the desert. Or perhaps just lie down and enjoy watching a little television before you doze off, as there's a flat screen TV inside the bedroom. The master suite also offers an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and all the linens and towels for your use while on vacation. You might want to step outside from your bedroom and just walk out to the private patio in the evening. Have a seat; enjoy the beautiful stars sparkler in the desert sky.
The Second suite has 2 twin beds which can be combined into another King Size bed. An attach walk-in Shower is available for your guests. There is another private patio off the second suite. You'll sure enjoy the beautiful pool and mountain views from this patio, with 2 chairs for your early morning coffee or an afternoon cool and refreshing beverage as you bask in the warm California sun that Palm Springs offers.
