- 100% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

This 1 bedroom suite is a ground floor single level, North and South facing patios, bright space, textured walls, and plenty of space to enjoy your time in the desert sun.
The large kitchen is completely stocked with full appliances and cookware, including a dishwasher and disposal, coffee maker, microwave, and blender and all the utensils to cook your favorite meals.
The spacious bedroom is highlighted by a large comfortable King size bed with glass sliding door onto the patio, Mirrored closet, 32"" HDTV and sitting area finish the space.
Other features to make you feel at home include a 40"" HDTV/Bluray and Wii Game system in the living room, Phone with free long distance to US and Canada, WiFi Internet, central air and heat, washer/dryer, comfortable chairs, sofa and a barbeque grill.
Guests of the Mesquite Country Club have access to all of the club's 16 swimming pools, 18 Jacuzzi's, 8 tennis courts and air conditioned racquetball courts. The Country Club also features a clubhouse with a very popular restaurant, cocktail lounge, pro shop, putting green, driving range, and championship golf course. (Additional fees apply)
