THE OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
This in-town estate home features stunning mountain views, a gorgeous free-form pool with an integrated waterfall spa, and a poolside living pavilion with alfresco dining space and an outdoor living room. You’ll also find an additional outdoor lounge centered on a custom fire feature. There are fruit trees, rolling green lawns, a bocce ball court, and a hard-lined barbecue station - so you’ll never have to worry about the tank running out. Shade umbrellas and chaise lounges dot the perimeter of the pool offering the perfect combination of full sun and shaded areas. There is something very special about Lions Gate Estate. It is the type of desert paradise guests returns to year after year.

Pool Heating is included in the rental cost, for bookings that are less than 29 nights, from October 15th through April 30th. From May 1st through October 14th, pool heating can be purchased for an additional $50/day.

THE INDOOR LIVING SPACES
There is an easy elegance to this home. Impressive high-style design meets laid-back and livable chic. The soothing color palette, comfortable designer furnishings, beautiful Hollywood-inspired artwork, six flat-screen televisions, and a media room created for hours of binge-watching pleasure. At the center of it, all are the huge open entertaining area with 9-foot ceilings, a billiard room with its own huge flat screen television, sleek contemporary interior dining (seats 10-12), and a well-stocked chef’s kitchen that has been carefully space planned for group meal prep. This is the perfect holiday home - well suited for long weekends, week-long stays, by the month, or by the season.

THE SLEEPING QUARTERS
Like a specialty boutique hotel, all four sleeping quarters are beautifully decorated, feature hospitality-quality mattresses, flat-screen televisions, and ample storage. The South Wing is spectacular - featuring three King Master Suites - each with a private en suite bath. On the north wing is the fourth master bedroom suite. It has direct pool access, a private en suite bath, and a walk-in closet. One of the bedroom suites offers flexible sleeping arrangements - you can choose between having the room setups as a king or two extra-long twins.

ABOUT THE LOCATION
Lions Gate Estate is centrally located in the heart of Palm Springs just one block from Ruth Hardy Park -- and less than a half-mile from the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive as it cuts through the Uptown Design District. Casual eateries, fine dining, coffee spots, art galleries, and specialty boutiques are all within walking distance. The Convention Center, The Casino, and the public tennis courts are also very close by. You'll be just minutes from movie theaters, museums, and live performance venues. You'll even find grocery stores, burger joints, sandwich shops, and every other convenience imaginable, all within two miles from this gorgeous property.
