- 100% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

There are multiple entrances from the house that open to a pleasant private pool deck and complete with an outdoor dining area. Bright and sunny, enjoy lying in the sun, dining in the shade or having a barbecue, making outdoor entertaining fun and relaxing.
The indoor living room has a flat screen TV with comfortable seating for relaxing with friends and family, or challenge someone to a game of Foosball, poker or 9-ball.
Three of the guest bedrooms feature queen size beds, while the master bedroom feature a Cal King bed.
The dining area and kitchen are separated from the living room, providing everything you need to cook a great meal while entertaining friends and family.
This home is very relaxing and is ideal for entertaining friends and family in a comfortable and casual environment. This house is constantly being updated to make your stay, fun and memorable.
Casita Encantada is very close to downtown area, a 5 minute drive, 30 minute walk which is a hot spot for many activities, eateries, shopping, art galleries, antique stores, theaters and supermarkets. Tennis court, parks are nearby, golf courses and the famous aerial tramway are 10 min drive.
Pool heat is added upon request at an additional charge.
