This Palm Springs vacation villa is a luxurious central Palm Springs estate designed with privacy and outdoor resort living in mind. From a walled private outdoor courtyards, to an outdoor seating area by a cozy outdoor fireplace, to a pool-side wetbar and grilling area, this Palm Springs vacation rental's amenities will exceed your expectations.
Since this Palm Springs vacation villa provides the finest in enjoying indoor-outdoor living, let's start there. The spacious yard faces West toward Mt. San jacinto and provides views from almost every corner of the compact and private grounds. In terms of outdoor amenities, this house is second to none.
The yard has a private swimming pool outlined with a winding rock wall with spillover waterfall. The adjacent spa can seat 6, and nearby both is a gas fire pit.
The outdoor sun-deck has four comfortable chaise lounge chairs overlooking the pool. Here you can gaze at the sun, the palm trees, and the mountains while listening to the soothing sounds of the waterfalls trickling into the pool.
The outdoor dining area of this Palm Springs home features a large table, six chairs are next to outdoor living room area adjacent to the outdoor kitchen and BBQ grill.
Glass french doors lead guests from this resort-like yard into the homes living room. This comfortable room, with large windows and ceiling fan, has two large couched and a loveseat, wood beams along the ceiling, a wall-mounted flat screen TV and fireplace.
The formal living room has an exposed wood beam ceiling, a ceiling fan, gas fireplace, large windows and glass doors. Next to the living room is the formal dining room that seats six.
This Palm Springs home features a gourmet kitchen with microwave, convection and conventional oven, six-burner stove, dishwasher, ice maker, pot filler and large sink.
The master suite is your own private getaway with ensuite bath. It has a Queen size bed, two nightstands, built in bookcase, walk in closet. The ensuite bathroom has dual sinks, and a shower bathtub comination.
Bedrooms two and three each have a queen size bed, both of these two bedrooms have HDTVs. Both bedrooms share a jack and Jill bath with separate walk in shower (with handicap bars) and bathtub.
In addition to three full bedrooms, there is a den with a single pull out bed and a large HDTV.
