Description
This Palm Springs vacation home was built by the famed Alexander Construction Company and sits at the end of a quiet Cul-de-sac of the first Palm Springs mid-century modern neighborhood, known as the Racquet Club Estates.
This mid-century modern Alexander home features, post and beam architecture, rock fireplace, celestory windows and famed kidney shaped pool. It's a great example of the wonderful indoor-outdoor living that makes Palm Springs such a popular year-round resort and vacation destination.
In the vintage style living room where you'll find fabulous mic-century furnishings with walls of glass looking outside to the pool area. With an open floor plan it's easy to enjoy dining and entertaining with friends and family.
The fully equipped kitchen features a wolf chef's range, stainless steel appliances, track lighting, center island with waterfall counters and bar seating for 3. Enjoy plenty of room as well as all the utensils and small appliances you'd find at home. The dining area sits 8 for plenty of room for everyone.
The master bedroom retreat features a comfortable king size bed, private en-suite bathroom, walk in shower and private outside access to it's very own lounge patio.
The two guest bedrooms are well appointed, each feature stylish vintage decor, queen size beds and share a hall bath with walk in shower and tub.
This Palm Springs vacation rental offers a private and spacious backyard with a sparkling pool. You and your guests can catch some sun on a lounge chair by the pool or catch a nap under the palm trees in one of the 2 hammocks.

The Racquet Club Estates History
Designed by the respected architect William Krisel A.I.A., the Racquet Club Road Estates development was the largest single-family tract home venture built by the famed Alexander Construction Company. The beauty of these post and beam homes designed in the mid-century modern vernacular is found in the soaring wafer thin roof lines, clerestory windows, an open floor plan, and a unique indoor-outdoor relationship.
