- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

There are two more well-appointed bedrooms on this wing. The first guest bedroom features two twin beds, these beds can also be converted over to make a king size bed (please inform the reservations member when booking if you desire a king size bed to be made up), and a ceiling fan.
The second guest bedroom features a king size bed, desk area for working, a 32 inch HDTV, and a ceiling fan. Both of these guests' bedrooms share a hallway bathroom that has a shower/tub combo.
The fourth bedroom, and considered the second master bedroom is on the opposite wing of the house which offers additional privacy. This room features a king size bed, a 32 inch HDTV, ceiling fan, and a ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
