- 100% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Description
Vacation in one of the desert's finest areas. Located minutes from El Paseo in South Palm Desert, where some of the finest restaurants and boutique shopping experiences are located.
This vacation home was professionally decorated with a modern flair. Enjoy the eat in beautiful contemporary kitchen with granite counters. The kitchen boasts of a central island for eating and a wine refrigerator.
The large great room is sunken with a fireplace. The fireplace has a 65 inch TV with a Blu-ray player. The great room has comfortable seating for groups of people. It's an inviting communal area for guests to gather after a fun day in the sun at the pool, shops, and restaurants or nearby golf courses.
The dining room seats eight people comfortably around a large round contemporary table with parson's chairs.
This comfortable vacation home features dual master suites at opposite ends of the house. One of the suites has it's own fireplace providing ultimate privacy. The house has two other bedrooms sharing a bath and a half bath. All the bedrooms have 40 inch HDTV's and dvd players. All four bedroom have ceiling fans for added comfort.
The expansive private backyard has a large in ground salt-water pool and hot tub. Two eating areas that seat 8 people or more, and outdoors living room with an outdoor TV, fire pit, heater, barbeque, 4 large umbrellas, and a retractable shade that covers the TV area. Two of the umbrellas open up to cover areas of the pool for people who need to stay out of the direct sunlight.
Located in the heart of the greater Palm Springs area, this gorgeous modern style vacation home is convenient to popular attractions and events like the Living Desert Zoo and Botanical Gardens and the BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament. This home is also very close to exceptional championship golf courses and hiking and biking trails.
Pool/spa heat is added upon request at an additional charge.
