It has a living room and a family room with the living room close to the front entrance of the house. There you will find a beautiful fireplace, 65 inch TV with a Bose sound system, a sunken wet bar that opens up to the backyard, and two large and comfortable couches.
The family room is located through the dining area right next to the kitchen. There you can enjoy a 65 inch flat screen TV with blu-ray dvd player and a comfortable living room setting. There is a powder room located in the hallway to the bedrooms.
The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with new cabinets, granite counters, new stainless steel appliances, and everything you would find in your own kitchen. It offers a full array of amenities, utensils and plenty of room for the inspired chef to cook their favorite meals. To the right of the front door and next to the kitchen, you will find the dining room with seating for 6.

The master suite features a King bed, 50 inch TV, an en-suite bathroom with a walk in closet, and direct access to the backyard. The second bedroom is just down the hallway and features a King bed, 43 inch TV. The third bedroom features a Queen bed and 40 inch television. Both second and third bedroom share the hallway bathroom.
Step out and enjoy the immaculately well-maintained backyard. The backyard oasis offers a south facing private saltwater pool and raised spa with 3 cascading waterfalls that creates the ultimate relaxation experience.
