- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Description
Centrally located; 10 minutes to Beverly Hills and the Studios. Airy, open and spacious with access to hiking trails, restaurants and shopping. You’ll love the neighborhood, the light, the comfy beds and plenty of free street parking. The home is good for families, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Exquisite Studio City contemporary home full of light and charm. Two story entry leads to a spacious living room w/ custom designed features. Elegant dining area with a view of the entire entertaining space. Gourmet chef's kitchen exudes style and efficiency, with center island, prep sink, and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy indoor/outdoor living with this custom designed space; built in bar and shelving, french doors open to an expansive outside pool, seating, large built in bar-b-que & lush greenery. Master suite with high ceilings, private balcony w/ views of valley, walk-in closets, incredible master bath w/ spa tub, & oversized shower.
Two additional spacious bedrooms upstairs (both en-suite) with walk-in closets, balconies, and tree-lined street views. Additionally upstairs there is a cozy den or office space with built in desks. Downstairs boasts an en-suite bedroom plus a powder room. Gorgeous marble and dark wood floors run throughout the home. Each of the four bedrooms have plenty of natural light, large closets, and a private en suite bathroom. The master bedroom has plenty of room with his/hers double closet space. Soak the day away in the beautiful large jacuzzi tub big enough for two.

Studio City has everything you could possibly need right at your fingertips. The area the house is located in is super quant and peaceful. You will not be disturbed by anyone during your stay.
The best way to get around if you do not have a car is Uber considering the house is located in the hills.
