Villa Casa Strip is approximately 4,766 sqft of indoor living space and 2,000 sqft of outdoor living space, Approximately 1,000 sqft of rooftop deck space, 440 sqft of garage space on a 0.49-acre lot. We want you to feel like you are at home. Because it is your home, it is our shared home. When you enter our home you feel welcomed right away by the spacious living room. 4 sofas, 3 chairs, 65 inch TV, a pool table, 2 pub tables (seats 4), dining table (seats 12). The modern brand new kitchen with dinnerware for 18, all the cooking & bakeware, so you can prepare a nice dinner. Villa Casa Strip offers a total of 6 bedrooms + retreat, 4 baths. The mattresses are Beauty Sleep and of high quality.

The Grand Casa includes 2 king-size beds, 7 queen size beds, and 1 sofa bed that folds out and sleeps 1.

For enjoyment, there is a foosball table, available in the family room... and 8 smart TVs.

Outdoor: fire pit, 8 sunbeds, 8 lounge chairs, Weber Summit BBQ, pool, and jacuzzi, and much more along with an outdoor ping pong table.

Upper Roof Top Deck: Approx. 1,000 sqft of space with Las Vegas strip views for your enjoyment.

This property operates in compliance under Law. It is not a timeshare. This is shared ownership, which is not a new concept. It helps offset the common expenses between the member/owners. Ownership is held in an LLC. The governing document is called an operating agreement. This sets out the rights and responsibilities of each member/owner. When you schedule the use of the property, prior to any use of the property you must be assigned a membership/ownership interest in the property through the LLC, thus you will become a member of the LLC with a right to use the property. This online platform is utilized because there are many beneficiaries/members we use this online platform/portal for scheduling and booking of this property on a first come first serve basis.

*Pool & Spa Heating is $3.00 per gallon and will be charged via cc. If prepaid, the propane will be $2.50 per gallon and no refunds will be given for unused propane.

*Minimum supplies are provided such a shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom, 5 trash bags, 3 empty propane tanks provided for you to do a propane exchange to fuel the fire pit and BBQ. YOU MUST PURCHASE ANY SUPPLIES NEEDED ON YOUR OWN.
