The space
The Grand Villa, approx. (4,085 sqft of indoor space, 2,000 sqft of outdoor space, 756 sqft of garage space, for a total of 6,100 sqft of living space indoor and outdoor space plus a garage on a .5 acre property). We want you to feel like at home. Because it is your home, its our shared home. When you enter our home you feel welcomed right away by the spacious living room. 3 sofas, 65 inch TV, a pool table, a marble island counter table (sits 6), a formal dining table. The modern brand new kitchen with dinnerware for 18, all the cooking & bakeware, so you can prepare a nice dinner. The Grand Villa offers a total of 8 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms have walk in closets, 3.5 bath. The bedding is Beauty Sleep & Tulo high quality mattresses, sheets are 600 counts Egyptian cotton.

The Grand Villa includes 3 king size bedrooms (2 has a fire place), 3 twin size beds, 4 queen size beds, 4 full size beds, also 2 futon leather beds that fold out and sleep 2 more.

For enjoyment there is a poker table with a foosball table, Wii, Playstation, Xbox available in living room and gaming room... and 8 smart TVs.

Outdoor: fire pit, 5 sun beds, a cover patio with a fan and lights, outdoor dinner table (sit 6) with extra chairs if needed, a Weber Summit BBQ, pool with cascade, jacuzzi, basket ball hoop and much more along with an outdoor ping pong table.

This property operates in compliance under Law. It is not a time share. This is a shared ownership, which is not a new concept. It helps offset the common expenses between the member/owners. Ownership is held in an LLC. The governing document is called an operating agreement. This sets out the rights and responsibilities of each member/owner. When you schedule the use of the property, prior to any use of the property you must be assigned an membership/ownership interest in the property through the LLC, thus you will become a member of the LLC with a right to use the property. This online platform is utilized because there are many beneficiaries/members we use this online platform/portal for scheduling and booking of this property on a first come first serve basis.

Some features on this portal are incorrect and are required by Airbnb and I am unable to change them. The Operating Agreement of the LLC is the governing document. And the features and policies represented in this portal are not necessarily the correct policies. All policies are in the Operating Agreement.

Guest access
Access to this home is for Owner/Members of the LLC and their guests. Children must be accompanied with their parent/guardian and supervised at all times.

*Provide a copy of driver's license when joining as a new member or renting for 31+ days or longer.

*Security Deposit of $1,000 due before check in via zelle or venmo.

*Security deposit of $2,500 and rental application required when renting 31+ days or longer.

*Minimum supplies are provided such a shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper (2 rolls per bath room, 5 trash bags, 2 empty propane tanks provided for you to do a propane exchange to fuel the fire pit and BBQ. YOU MUST PURCHASE ANY SUPPLIES NEEDED ON YOUR OWN.
