The home also features a wireless mesh system to provide seamless Wi-Fi in every room and poolside.
Off the living room you’ll locate the den, which is a great place for those looking for additional privacy to read or watch television on the 60” TV with smart DVD/BluRay player. This room also features a queen sleeper sofa making it an ideal room for traveling children.
The master retreat showcases a cal king bed, 40” smart television, Google Home and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in closets.
Your guest bedroom features a king size bed, 55” television with Amazon Firestick, Google Home and a full size bathroom located just outside the bedroom door.

Located around the corner on the sunny south side of the house is your own private pool. It’s easy to picture yourself spending hours and hours outside entertaining your family and friends’ poolside or while barbequing with a provided gas barbeque as you soak in the sun. You can also play a game of croquet just outside the gate, as the property line extends 10’ out.
