Description
This stunning home is located in the premiere PGA community. It sits on the 10th hole of the Jack Nicklaus course and features 4 bedrooms with en-suite baths and a powder room. For additional entertaining, look in the living room ottoman to find a 5' Craps table to start your own Vegas style night. Open to the family room is the gourmet kitchen with built in appliances and a large center island with 3 bar-stools adjoining to the dining nook with a table for 8 dining guests; large glass windows and sliders bring in the golf course views.
There's even a built in bar area that's located off the kitchen and fully stocked with all glass and bar ware needed to create your favorite cocktails with it's own sink. When entertaining a large gathering, a formal dining table which also doubles as a gaming table is located in the dining area with seating for 10 guests. Total Indoor dining for 18 and 10 outdoor.
The master suite features a Cal King-size bed, 47" HDTV, sitting area with 2 chairs, and a private sliding glass door to the backyard and the golf course views. The large en-suite bathroom has a walk-in closet, his and hers vanities, an oversize soaking tub, and a large walk-in tile shower.
Your first guest bedroom features a Cal King size bed with a 32" flat screen television, ceiling fan and a private door leading to the swimming pool and spa courtyard, this suite also features it own en-suite bathroom with tub and shower combination.
The second guest bedroom features a Cal King size bed with a 32" flat screen television, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom with tub and shower combination.
Your private casita makes up the fourth guest bedroom, it's detached from the main house and offers you a separate outdoor entrance at the pool yard. This special room features a Cal King size bed, 32" HDTV, private en-suite bathroom with tub and shower combination and a bar area with mini fridge.
