- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

The master bedroom features a queen bed, direct access to the back patio and en-suite bath with walk in shower. The first guest bedroom features 2 queen beds with an en-suite bathroom and the second guest bedroom features 1 queen size bed and en- suite bathroom .
Excellent recreation opportunities are available in the city of La Quinta. Many public parks offer tennis courts, bocce ball courts, and workout/sauna facilities, hiking, biking, and walking options are all nearby. La Quinta Resort is just around the corner.
