Description
This bright and cozy home is located at the foot of the Santa Rosa Mountains, and is just minutes from Old Town La Quinta where you will find boutique shopping, as well as casual and fine dining options. Situated on a double lot, there is plenty of space to spread out and relax with family and friends.
Outdoors: Kick back in the private fully fenced yard complete with lush green grass, fruit trees, tall hedges for privacy and gorgeous mountain views in every direction. Relax in the private heated swimming pool with tanning shelf, or take a deep soak in the above ground spa.
Lounge on a chaise and work on your tan on the patio surrounding the pool, and spend your evenings socializing and dining alfresco with outdoor seating for 8, BBQ, and a fun tiki bar with seating for 3.
Indoors: The bright, yet tranquil family room features a large sectional sofa and additional chairs giving everyone a place to curl up and relax in comfort. The family room is completed by an HDTV, non-operational fireplace and a sliding glass door that leads to the pool and patio.
The dining area is complete with a formal table that seats 8-10 comfortably and a wet bar with sink and wine fridge with ice machine.
The fully equipped kitchen is just off the formal dining area and has everything you need to prepare fantastic in-house meals during your stay. Kitchen appliances include oven with electric cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and a large prep island with barstool seating for 3.
The bonus game room is located in the finished and attached garage with ping pong table and sofa.
Bedrooms: The Master Bedroom Suite features a King-size bed, ceiling fan, HDTV, walk-in closet, and a private sliding glass door that leads to the pool and spa. The en-suite master bathroom has dual sinks, and a tiled shower.
Bedroom 2 features a King bed, ceiling fan, HDTV, reach-in closet, and sliding glass door that leads to the back patio. While bedroom 2 is not an en-suite, the hall bathroom is just outside of the bedroom door and features a tiled shower and sink. Bedroom 3 is just off the family room and has a Queen bed, ceiling fan, HDTV and reach-in closet. Bedroom 4 has a Queen bed, ceiling fan, HDTV and reach-in closet.
Other Amenities: Wireless internet. High quality linens, bath and pool towels, Fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. Off street parking for 7.
