Description

Wonderful golf course home near all the activities the Desert has to offer. Close to Coachella and Stagecoach festivals. The La Quinta Resort and spa are close by as well as quaint little old Town La Quinta which offers boutique shopping and a variety of restaurants. At the home there is a wonderful pool and spa to enjoy and lots of outdoor space. Home is spacious, light and bright.

This four bedroom two bath home has amazing views of the golf course and mountains. The master bedroom has a king kize bed and a 40" tv . Enjoy the views from the patio or relax by the fireplce. The master offers a private luxurious bathroom with a large tub and dual vanity.
The first guest bedroom has double bunk beds and a 32" tv. The second guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a 30" tv.

The spacious loft offers a queen size bed and a 42" smart tv.

Home is located less than 3 miles from the festival grounds.

Pool/spa heat is added upon request at an additional charge.
