this is located on east Oahu along beautiful Kaneohe Bay with breathtaking views of the bay, ocean, and mountains. If you've never stayed on this natural, scenic, and serene part of the island, you don't know what you're missing. This villa is a stunning contemporary luxury home complete with a POOL, hot tub, and fire pit lounge in a very private setting (no other units/homes on the property with only one adjacent neighbor - the amenities are all yours!). The five-bedroom four-bathroom home was expanded and completely remodeled in mid-2013 into a five-star luxury perfection! With high-end furnishings including Subzero, Miele, Grohe, and Bosch (gas burner) appliances in the kitchen along with stainless details and custom tile/stonework inside and out, no expense was spared. All furnishings were designer hand-picked and coordinated throughout. The entire house and surroundings were designed to capitalize on the peace, beauty, and natural "zen" of the property. From the moment you pass through the secure gated entry, you are greeted by a custom driveway and lush landscaping leading you back to the spectacular island views.

Spend time with your family and friends in the heated pool, twelve-person jetted spa or on the custom IPE deck while taking in the picturesque views of the open skies, ocean, and mountains. Dine al fresco or under the covered lanai areas surrounded by propane Tiki torches that create a warm and intimate atmosphere. Have a glass of wine and enjoy beautiful conversations under the moonlit night alongside the copper fire pit (gas) with lounge seating for 12. While inside the home, enjoy complete comfort with central air conditioning, 7 HDTVs (including an all-weather outdoor TV), high-speed WIFI, gate/property security intercom/cameras, and a beautiful wet bar. Every room in the house has beautiful ocean and mountain views and three of the rooms have private lanais!

**Although we have regular pest control, like any moist and fertile environment, you may find some ants, mosquitoes, roaches, and critters like little geckos that share this beautiful world with humans. To keep out bugs, remember to close the doors right after entering. Don't leave food or crumbs on counters or tables and avoid eating at the bed because ants are really smart and fast. Remember that although geckos may scare you, they are our friends and help to eat the bugs

We have found paradise! Once you pass the gates you enter a world of true serenity. Perched above beautiful Kanehohe Bay you leave the hubbub and congestion of Oahu to the most wonderous splendor of Ali'I Zen. The sound of the incoming tide, the chirping of birds, and the morning mists rolling onshore nestling the mountains on the opposite shore. A sunrise swim unites mind and body in perfect peace. From king crab feasts on the spacious outdoor patio prepared in a gourmet chef's dream kitchen to the s'mores shared with the kids at the firepit in the evenings, dining is always a relaxing treat. Just a few blocks away are great take-out, family-budget-friendly restaurants including Mexican, Thai, salads, and sushi for those wanting freedom from cooking. Even with the largest groups like our family of 13, ranging in age from toddlers to senior citizens, there were always plenty of opportunities to separate for some real personal time in the gorgeous indoor and outdoor spaces. The owner and caretaker are fully committed to making your vacation care-free and memorable - seeing to your every personal need and those of your guests. Complete guide books detailing how to run every appliance and all the outdoor specialties such a heated spa, tiki torches, and fire pit are supplied to easy use by guests. "True to its word...and pictures!"
We were a little nervous about the house having never rented from the Internet before but it ended up being AMAZING! We traveled with my entire family (group of 12, 9 adults and 3 babies 1 and under) and we were all able to relax in our own spaces, although some of the rooms were smaller than presented in the pictures it was still large enough to fit a playpen in. Air conditioning was a lifesaver for the children as was the pool. The location was great as well: Safeway was just up the road, and the house was extremely private.
Caretaker was extremely helpful and recommended all sorts of activities and great restaurants to check out that we would have never known about. It was a little pricey but worth every single penny! We had an amazing vacation thanks to this beautiful house and helpful people. Highly recommended.?

"Beautiful house tucked away in the heart of Kaneohe"
We stayed at the Alii Zen Haven to get ready for our wedding that was to be held in Kaneohe. It was in a great location - right along the water, but still right in town and close to stores and our wedding site. The house is renovated with modern-looking amenities and furnishings. The pool is just gorgeous and overlooks the fish pond. There's even a fire pit! We loved staying there and would stay there again for our next staycation!

"Our favorite place in Hawaii"
Everything is great! My whole family was so happy with this place & just said they can stay forever without going out. Every morning while staying, we got up early in the morning. Then we enjoyed watching the sunrise from this beautiful garden. That's our favorite of the entire vacation! Thanks for everything & we'd love to come back in the future!

"This place was heavenly"
We rented this house for one whole week and it was gorgeous. It's a little far from the town of you go there often, but if not everything is in the town of Kaneohe. We had a small bug issue while being there but just remembered it's Hawaii and with doors open, it's going to happen. We had a vow ceremony with our family and friends here and it was absolutely perfect. The one downside was we had 3 little ones and it wasn't exactly the most kid-friendly place but it's not like we didn't know. And the property manager took care of us every time we needed her. I was overall very pleased with the home. They did an amazing job in the remodel.

"Amazing!"

"WONDERFUL"
The house looked exactly like the picture. The sight from backward overlooking the ocean is amazing. Twelve of my family members stayed at the house all ladies and we enjoyed the wonderful kitchen. We didn't have to want for anything, they had it all. If I go back I would rent this house again.

Heaven on earth
Beautiful house with an outstanding view. Neighborhood not top-notch, but certainly not an issue. Well, equipped super modern kitchen. We were a family of 10 ranging in age from 15 to 73 and everybody enjoyed our stay. Super feedback from Ellen (the owner) who came up with a lot of inside knowledge as to dining, trips, hikes, etc. The house was very clean on arrival and the pool, the garden was kept in perfect condition. Overall a super stay and we can only recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in heaven (for a while)

"Incredible stay, great rental property!"
I had a group of 14 that came to stay at this property for vacation and everyone could not stop talking about how great it was. They literally have thought of everything, from Bluetooth music speakers to usb charging outlets, to tiki torches, an extra bar and mini fridge, tons of beach and shower towels, and those are just some of the little things.They even had napkin rings for hosting a nice dinner.
A general description of the property is a large house that has plenty of beds. It has a very modern look, large kitchen space and tons of seating and 7 tvs, including one outside (Perfect for bbq's). There is a swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor showers, a fire pit, two tables for outdoor dining, and a couple of lounge chairs for sun bathing. The pictures actually resemble the property, which I was a little scared of driving into the area.It is also gated, and has a large parking area for multiple cars. Another note is the property is very private, everything is fenced in. On one side of the property is a church, so there is no one there a majority of the day. The location of the house, is up a small hill, and not within walking distance of a beach. The view from the backyard of Kaneohe bay is spectacular. Going in March, we ended up having great weather. Lots of sun and very little rain. All around a great stay, we were so pleased with this house, and the attention to detail that the owners put into everything.

Secluded Oasis
This house was as near to perfect as you could get. There were 12 of us that stayed in the home (2 families) and at no time did we feel crowded. The outdoor seating and fire pit were amazing and were put to good use almost every night. Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub area any free moment they had and the older kids enjoyed laying on the patio chairs next to the pool for a little sun. We cooked almost all our suppers at the house and there was everything you could imagine very impressive. The house is relatively private and has a beautiful view of the bay the sunrises were amazing. The one small suggestion I would have is they should put some walking stones to the pool so the kids did not track in so much grass (mostly taken care of by the automatic vacuum in the pool). The best thing about the house was the location in moderate traffic you are 30 min from everything and only 5 min to the mall or grocery store.

Perfect in every way!
We stayed here over Christmas and New Years for a totally of 17 days and it's the most amazing home we've had the privilege to stay at. At one time we had a total of 15 family members and there was plenty of room for all and they were all amazed at the accommodations! Perfect in everyway!
As mothers and members of a workout group, we decided to plan a weekend getaway to focus on just ourselves for a change. This place was the perfect place to do that! The landscaping, the pool, the home, and amazing view was all so enchanting and beautiful. We are all from Hawaii and it was still such an amazing experience to wake up in the morning to the beautiful view which can be seen from every room in the house! The house had everything we needed from large beach towels, serving dishes, and high end blenders and spices. Every single one of us felt rejuvenated and ready to take on our motherly duties after leaving here. You will not be disappointed with your stay and you will be dealing with wonderful owners, who are awesome and very professional. We will definitely tell everyone about this place!!

Amazing and beautiful
This house is exactly as the pictures depict. Any question or issue we had was handled promptly by the property manager or the owners. This house is top of the line in every way. We had 9 people ranging in age from 17-82 and it was wonderful. The bay is not accessible from the house, but the beaches are a short 10-min drive away. The view from dawn to dusk is stunning.

Fabulous Stay
My husband and I stayed here with our twin daughters, two friends, and a nanny. It was absolutely perfect for our needs. The house is modern, clean, and fully loaded with all essentials. We loved that the location was in a neighborhood and not in the main tourist locales. We were about 30 min from Waikiki and an hour from the North Shore. The outdoor areas at the house were great for enjoying the good weather. No complaints about this property! We'll be renting it again if we ever go back to O'ahu.

Perfect!
My husband and I and 4 other couples stayed at the Ali'i Zen in December 2013. Initially, I was concerned about the weather on the windward side in winter, but we could not have had better weather, sunny and calm every single day. The house and yard were beyond our expectations. The beds, bedding, towels, and decor are comfortable and tasteful throughout. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you can think of, and the appliances are all high-end. The majority of our time was spent in the outdoor lounging area, the hot tub, and the pool. I would definitely stay here again. I can think of nothing that could be done to make this place better.
