Description

La Favorita is a unique estate and horse farm on 9 acres in the heart of East Hampton. Its 9 spacious bedrooms reflect the villa’s sophisticated Italian Modern style. Located on the main and upper floors, all are uniquely and luxuriously appointed with specially made fabrics and furnishings of the most refined materials from Italian manufacturers. Each bedroom has an adjoining bath fully outfitted and featuring hand selected marble, premium ceramics and hardware along with spacious, custom built walk-in closets.

A professional grade kitchen with multiple work surfaces , large central island, glass shelved display cabinets and pantry are adjacent to the spacious breakfast area.

The expansive, light-filled high ceiling living room offers multiple seating areas with a view of the pool, gardens and pastures beyond its French doors. The connected open formal dining room and piano foyer are perfect for entertaining.

The Library opens off the grand entrance hall, exemplifying the villa’s Italian workmanship, elegance and warmth, perfect for enjoying a book or your favorite TV show in the adjacent Media Room.

The lower level has several seating areas with doors leading directly to the pool and gardens, a game room, spa with sauna, Turkish steam room, showers and massage room, fitness room, home theatre and wine room; self-contained domestic living quarters, an additional kitchen and industrial grade laundry facilities.

La Favorita’s 9 acres are framed by 400 majestic Arborvitae and Leyland Cypress trees providing the utmost in privacy. The large outdoor terrace, off the main floor’s kitchen/living area, has a covered seating space for gracious outdoor dining with an adjacent Lynx Outdoor Kitchen, a Pizza Oven, pass-through fireplace; and additional seating areas. The terrace looks out upon the pool and Jacuzzi/hot tub with its adjacent gazebo lounge; framed just beyond by the beauty of the pasture’s grazing horses. A regulation tennis court with outdoor seating is located between the Villa and the six-stall stables. The stables have direct access to the 3 acre paddock area where horses can roam at will. Plans for the completion of the Zen and Yoga garden are currently being formalized.
